Our little BBQ adventures have come to a crossroads. We have attended some BBQ competitions and found them to be very exciting. We had the opportunity to be become trained in BBQ judging and even judged some competitions. We found that the comradery to be that biggest part of the competitions that we loved. We have begun to start our own BBQ competition team. We have few team members interested and we have also created a BBQ catering and event business. We will be posting updates here and on Facebook.
